Privacy Policy

This policy describes how Blue Cheddar ("we", "us") handles data for our Shopify apps. Short version: we store the minimum a feature needs, we never sell data, and everything is deleted when you uninstall.

What we collect

• Store information: your shop domain and app configuration, required to operate the app.
• Product and order data: product titles, SKUs, inventory quantities, and aggregate order-line data needed to power each app's features (e.g. purchase orders and low-stock forecasts in Reorda, pixel/tracking event data in PixelWard). We do not store customer names, emails, or addresses.

How we use it

Exclusively to provide app functionality inside your Shopify admin — purchase order and inventory management, low-stock forecasts, and pixel/tracking migration, depending on which app you use. We do not sell, rent, or share data with third parties. We do not use your data for advertising or model training.

Where it lives

Data is stored in a managed PostgreSQL database encrypted at rest. All traffic is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS).

Deletion

When you uninstall an app, Shopify sends us a redaction request and we permanently delete all data for your store within 30 days. Customers may also request deletion of their data through you; we honor Shopify's customer redaction webhooks automatically.

GDPR & CCPA

We support Shopify's mandatory compliance webhooks (customers/data_request, customers/redact, shop/redact) and respond to verified requests within the statutory deadlines.
